Support in a Technological World
According to their app description, "Addicaid is a new way to begin or maintain your recovery. We cater to moderation management and sobriety. Find and rate meetings, track your progress with custom daily goals with the support of our intimate community. And when you're done clicking around there, you can stay inspired and motivated with our curated news, videos, and music feed."
One of the issues facing rural communities is the distance of services. If a person needs help, but can't physically travel to the help they need, it's possible for them to give up on recovery. Addicaid is one tool that can help people meet their recovery goals.
